This photo is from a house in Cary, NC.  When we arrived on the site, the original rail was lying in the shrubbery and had been there for over a year.  The homeowner said he had had bad experiences with handymen before, so he did not contract anyone to repair the porch rail. We suggested vinyl covered wood for easy maintenance and to prevent future wood rot.  We carefully designed this rail to comply with the Homeowner Association guidelines.
