Tired of cleaning out your gutters every year? We can install covers so you won't have to. Do you know that failure to clean your gutters causes them to fill up with debris and clog the downspouts. It doesn't take long after clogging for water to spill over the sides. No big deal right? Wrong! After about a year of overflow the wood behind the gutter begins to rot. One day you will look up and notice the gutter is coming off the side of the house. We have replaced lots of gutter backing boards because the homeowner didn't keep their gutters clean. It isn't cheap for us to replace that rotted wood either. If you don't want to add covers why not call us to power wash the gutters once in a while? Keeping them clean anually will save thousands on home repair later.

How is your deck looking these days? Decks are like everything else around your home. They need annual maintenance too! We can power wash and stain your deck so it looks just the one to the left. Don't let your deck rot away due to lack of care. We use top quality stain and apply two coats with a roller on the open areas for maximum penetration. Do you want it under pinned? We not only stained this deck but installed the lattice too! We use top grade materials and add a superior support structure behind the lattice so if you run into it, it won't collapse like other installs we have seen. Let's visit the bathroom. Is your commode loose and wobbly! If your commode is loose at the floor you need to call us for immediate inspection. When it falls through the floor in about a year due to putting the repair off it will be a lot more expensive. We can rip out the flooring and install a new one. Below are two bathrooms we did in 2007. Both had a leak at the base of the commode that went undetected until one day the commode fell backwards into the wall. Naturally we don't want to see that happen to you but for some reason most homeowners are not aware of how quickly a little water can rot out a floor.
